I would like to remember that is a developing Sys, not officially presented or released, so some application could not work as usual.
XannyTech’s Grid Evo 1.8 Changelog:
- Updated Manila to 1922 (landscape Enabled)

- Updated AmeBa to 0.6b now Positionfix is included (but it not had a exclusivelist)

HTC VOLUME CONTROL WORKS ON SOME DEVICES WITH SYS 280XX BUT NOT ON BLACKSTONE NOR ON X1 SO USE SETVOLUME INSTEAD 
REMEMBER NOT ALL THE MANILA TABS WORK WELL IN LANDSCAPE IT’S NOT A ROM ISSUE.
Photo, Music and Document TAB autorotate, but when used in forced rotation (longpressing Phone Button) they does not rotate correctly. Kindly remember that we are using a TEST release of Manila. Enjoy!
AmeBa is Installed so now:
- to close a program simply click on X;
- a longpress on X will minimize it;
-LONGPRESS on START will launch WM Taskmanager.
Keys instructions:
- LONGPRESS on Phone Button Force Rotate
- LONGPRESS on END Button Didable data connection
Setvolume is included but avoiding issues can be activated manually simply clicking on it’s icons, it will be disabled again after a soft reset, so if got some bugs from that app, you can simply don’t use it.
All the graphical mods are disinstallable!
In MANILA 1922 actually HDWALL and others Manila mods like 20 quicklinks doe not work correctly actually, but i hope we will have them back shortly.
I will not provide any support to your personal addings, like showcase or experia one.

You must upgrade to HardSPL 1.56 or use USPL 2.5 with SPL 1.56 in order to flash this rom.

ciao Xanny ho montato la tua ultima creazione molto bella complimenti ho notato dei bug tra cui non localizza il meteo e qundo ricevo gli sms non fa nessun suono di notifica e non si vede neanche l’icone dell’sms

i nuovi rilphone sperimentali su xda presi da altri smartphone come li vedi? il primo pubblicato funziona alla grande nella 1.7, invece in questa 1.8 cosa consigliate? quello di miri? il problema non e’ tanto aggiornare il meteo ma far funzionare internet nelle zone con una due tacche di segnale. dalla 1.7 non si connette in zone poco coperte (H3g)
boh io uso la radio 1.17 con h3g e mai avuto problemi
il rilphone postato nel famoso sito funziona senza problemi e internet funziona anche nelle zone a bassa copertura. in attesa della nuova release che risolva le piccole incompatibilita’ delle nuove versioni vedi ameba.
ciao xanny, montata la tua rom, bella, fluida. l’unica cosa che mi è parso di notare è un piccolo aumento del consumo di batteria.. io come radio uso la 1.14, tu mi consigli la 1.17?
ciao xanny la tua rom è una bomba ho sempre il problema della notifica degli sms non si sente nessun suono quando arrivano i messaggi e non si vede l’icona nella task bar come posso fare per correggere questo piccolo problema per il resto ok grazie in anticipo ti devo una birra ciao

I own a blackstone from two weeks ago, I am leaving behind Nokia and Symbian, sick and tired of it
, now, in my search for customization through programs, games, roms, advanced settings, I discovered your ROM (This one, to be more accurate ,,XannyTech Grid Evo 1.8 without htc messaging + MSVC”), wonderful ROM, and beautiful, but i tried to install a new visual package, this one to be more exact ,,http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=570322″. But it doesn’t work, ok, no problem, but I messed up my lock screen (your lock screen 
) so, I wouldn’t want to install the ROM again because I just finnished setting up my phone (or better sayd, my phone in this moment is as close as it can be of my desired device 
), the look that you gave it to the phone by this ROM is great, but i would of liked more the other look (the one that I tryed to install it), I think is a problem of personal taste 
… So my question to you is this one: can you help me repare the lock screen ? How can i install an entire new visual package ? (do I have to uninstall something from my phone for this to work ?), also…I like to use the last version on everything, ROM ,WM, programs, so if you have tips (implementing and such) for a beginner in WM, please give me a mail..(if you can not see my email adress here you can find me on xda developers and leave me a PM there, thanks)

Volevo chiedere una cortesia a tutti: sapete come far tornare le icone della taskbar bianche(senza selezionare i tema htc, non mi fa vedere bene i tab…
lukem, il file in Megaupload sopra serve per mettere il manila in ita, ma mica Ho capito che problema hai con la taskbar?
no, nemo, nessun problema…. volevo solo il windows flag e le altre icone bianche in rilievo, come diventano ad esempio quando si è nel dialer….quelle colorate di xanny sono belle ma rendono la home un po’ troppo colorata (de gustibus)….
Io sono nuovo del forum, però visto che sei Italiano Xanny e che vivi in Italia dove ti segue il 99% di Italiani non capisco le tue motivazioni nel continuare a non rilasciare ROM ITALIANE!
